Meeting (appointment) booked is the second stage in which the person has agreed to hear you out and has booked a future meeting with you.

Client onboard is when you have successfully closed a client and you have been paid.

 

Now, what is the outreach script? It is the short message that you pass to the prospective client in the short amount of time you can get with such person. The main aim of this script is to get the business owner to want to hear more and book a call. On the call, you have a better chance of making them a client.

Here is what an outreach must contain to be a good one. This will go a long way when you start your SMMA in 2024.
